Jake Guerrini takes corner kick.

YORK, Pa. – The Penn State New Kensington Lions continue their hot streak with a 4-1 victory against Penn State York to push their winning streak to seven. The Lions are now 10-3 overall and 7-1 in conference play.

New Kensington started off with a lot of momentum, scoring three goals in the first twelve minutes of play. Jacob Guerrini (Lower Burrell, Pa./Burrell) started things off, scoring early in the 3rd minute. Guerrini's goal was assisted by Jordan Cooper (Fairfax, Va./Robinson). Only two minutes after, Cooper found the back of the new himself from a pass from senior Brady Braun (Harrison City, Pa./Penn Trafford). Sebastian Borrero (Pittsburgh, Pa./Shady Side Academy) netted the third goal with Cooper again involved with the helper.

Guerrini added another insurance goal in the second half from another play-in from Cooper. It was Guerrini's 20th goal of the season.

Pablo Rea (Tustin, Calif./Santa Ana) made two saves in net for New Kensington.
