Lions Drop 5th Straight in Loss to Brandywine

New Kensington, PA- The Lions looked to end their losing streak as they welcomed Penn State Brandywine to the Athletic Center for a Saturday afternoon showdown.

New Kensington started strong, jumping out to an 11-8 lead in just over 8 minutes of action. Brandywine responded, using a 10-1 burst midway through the first half on their way to a 36-25 lead at the break.

The Lions continued to fight in the second half but couldn't chip away at the lead, shooting only 25% from the field on their way to a 75-51 defeat, their fifth straight loss of the season.

Sophomore guard Aubrey Feaster (Buffalo, NY) added 9 points and 7 rebounds, while Sophomore forward big man Jovan Kojic (Subbotica, Serbia) chipped in 5 and 4 of his own.
