Penn State New Kensington Travels to the Spooky Nook Sport Complex

Lancaster, PA- Penn State New Kensington battled Penn State York at the Spooky Nook Sport Complex in Lancaster. Even with return of leading scorer Dorian Broadwater, Penn State New Kensington dropped its 5th straight loss. Broadwater led the way with 16 points and 4 rebounds. The team only converted 16 of 61 shots from the field marking the worst shooting percentage all year with a 26.2% average. Both teams exchanged leads through the first five minutes of the game until Jordan Lilly's three pointer to give Penn State York a 9 to 6 lead. Penn State New Kensington didn't get closer to lead the rest of the game with a finishing score of 86 to 47.

Penn State York shot 58.1 % from the field converting 36 of 62 field goals. In addition Penn State York won the rebounding battle 49 to 24. Four players were in double figures, with Richard Grant leading the way with 18 points.

Penn State New Kensington (3-6) won't have any rest as they travel to Penn State Mont Alto tomorrow for a 1:00 PM tip-off.
