New Kensington Drops Game 2 Against DuBois

New Kensington started off flat in game two, and Dubois took advantage. Dubois scored eight in the first and did not have a scoreless inning all game. New Kensington scored their only run off of Reise Matson's RBI single, scoring Max Oliveri in the third inning. 

Sophomore James Auberzinsky started the game for New Ken. Auberszinsky only pitched two thirds of the first inning. Sophomore Eric Sonntag then toed the rubber for New Kensington. Sonntag pitched three and a third innings allowing 3 runs on 5 hits and struck out 2.
