What is your pregame routine? Any Superstitions?

I have a pregame routine of walking the field to get comfortable and I visualize my game plan. I do have a superstition of taping both wrists before each game.

What kind of music do you listen to before games?

I always like to mix up my music.  My music I choose before a game depends on my mood. 

What are your goals for the 2014-2015 season?

I would like to improve on record from last season, help develop the younger players, and show the younger players how to play like men.

Do you have a nickname?

My nickname is Cav.

What are some accomplishments you've achieved through soccer?

My accomplishments through soccer are playing Beadling soccer for 7 years and the Olympic Development Program for 3 years. We won two section titles while in high school. I also participated in the Coach World Cup Soccer Camp.
