Penn State New Kensington sophomore Dan Smith shot 78 to take seventh Wednesday at the Penn State DuBois Invitational at the DuBois Country Club. Collin McCune finished next for the Lions, shooting 91. The team finished with a 394 total for the day.
New Kensington hosts its own invitational on Tuesday, September 19 at the Links at Spring Church. Tee time is 11:00 a.m.
