PSNK Loses a Hard Fought Battle to Penn State Greater Allegheny

The Penn State New Kensington men's basketball team (7-12, 6-8) battled throughout the entire game before eventually seeing defeat against Penn State Greater Allegheny (6-16, 5-8). The first half of the game would show to be a back and forth affair, with Greater Allegheny leading 33 to 29 at halftime.  In the early part of the second half, PSGA took the lead with 15 points and would not let PSNK cut the lead to less than 10 points the rest of the game. Greater Allegheny was led by junior Petrie Addison who finished with a game high of 38 points, which included six 3-pointers. Senior forward Nick Dizon also added 16 points. Coach Art McCray's team was led by junior forward Shaquille Hager, who had 18 points, followed by senior guard Darryl Harrington who had 14 points.
