PSNK Wins Both on Weekend Road Trip

On an important road trip, the Penn State New Kensington men's basketball team came away with two wins and improved its record to (7-12, 6-7).  In a 74-53 victory against Penn State Schulykill on Friday, Coach Art McCray's team was in control the entire game.  Freshman guard, Jordan Williams, scored 17 points and junior forward, Shaquille Hager, added 13 points and 5 rebounds.  On Saturday, PSNK jumped out to a 16 point halftime lead and eventually defeated Penn College by a score of 82-68. Freshamn forward, Matt Sutton, led the way with 24 points and 16 rebounds while freshman guard, Jordan Williams, and junior forward, Shaquille Hager, each scored 14 points.  The next home game is Fan Appreciation Night on Wednesday, February 5th at 7:00 p.m. vs. Penn State Greater Allegheny.
