AOTW-8 Jordan Cooper

This week Penn State New Kensington and PSUAC Co-Player of the Year goes to Sophomore Jordan Cooper. Throughout the season Jordan has shown leadership and dedication on and off the field. Jordan played a vitial role through out the fall and was a key player in the season. This season alone Jordan scored 6 goals in conference play and 12 overall, totaling 10 assists, 2-2 on penatly kicks, and 38 shots. In the semi-finals against Penn State Lehigh Valley Jordan led the team with 5 shot attempts. During the game, Jordan scored on a penalty kick to tie it 1-1. That goal put the game into double overtime.  Men's soccer did not get the outcome they wanted this season but Jordan was always playing at the highest level he could. This was Jordan's last season before moving on to Penn State Main majoring in Electro-Mechanical Engineering technology.
