Men's Soccer Earns First PSUAC Win Against York

New Kensington, Pa. - The Penn State New Kensington men's soccer team picked up its first Penn State University Athletic Conference victory against Penn State York Saturday afternoon. In similar fashion, fellow freshman Nolan Johngarlo (Apollo, Pa./Kiski Area) rocketed a shot from 22 yards out that beat the keeper into the upper left corner in the 76th minute to put New Kensington up 3-0. Freshman Brady Braun (Harrison City, Pa./Penn Trafford) capped off the scoring when he finished a pass from sophomore Mitchell Kuczynski (Natrona Heights, Pa./St. Joseph) four minutes later.

Freshman goal keeper Christopher Zolet (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Allegheny) recorded three saves in his second shutout of the season.
