Josh Zakrzewski Earns Back-to-Back PSUAC Goalie of the Week Awards

Penn State New Kensington goalkeeper Joshua Zakrzewski (Finleyville, PA) has earned his second Penn State University Athletic Conference Goalie of the Week award in a row.

The sophomore was solid in the net for the Lions as he made six saves in goal during a 2-0 week. On Saturday, he made five saves against Penn State Worthington Scranton and then followed up that performance with one save to preserve a shut-out against Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Sunday.

Zakrzewski currently sits at third in PSUAC rankings in save percentage, goals against, and goals against average.

The men's soccer team is back in action on Saturday as they travel to Penn State Brandywine for a 2:00 p.m. match.
